Welcome Dominique Tremblay and a big thank you to Julien Delisle!

The Board of Directors of SIDEX is pleased to welcome Dominique Tremblay as a new Director.

Since 2024, Dominique Tremblay has held the position of Director of Financial Interventions and Corporate Capitalization at the Ministère des Finances du Québec.

In this capacity, he participates in the evaluation of major investment projects and the development of policies that promote economic growth and attract capital, particularly in the mining sector. In his various positions within the Government of Quebec, he has led major financial interventions to support the establishment, expansion and relaunch of businesses in several sectors of the Quebec economy. He also sits on the board of directors of various NPOs and companies.

Dominique Tremblay holds a bachelor’s degree (2014) and an MBA (2018) from Université Laval.

Julien Delisle left us after 3 years on SIDEX’s board. We thank him warmly for the guidance, vision and advice he brought to SIDEX. We were fortunate to have him and we wish him well in his future endeavours.
