Welcome Annie Dutil, and a big thank you
to Marlène Otis!

The Board of Directors of SIDEX is pleased to welcome Annie Dutil as a new Director.

Mrs. Dutil is a member of the Quebec CPA Order and has over 15 years of extensive mining knowledge, specifically in the areas of public accounting, compliance with financial information obligations and regulatory matters. She was Vice President and Corporate controller at Nomad Royalty Company Ltd. and has held a number of positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, including a role as director where she has led the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services group in Montréal. In her current and previous roles, she has assisted several companies in their capital markets activities, including initial public offerings, financings, cross-border transactions and complex accounting and regulatory matters. She serves as a member of the board of directors of Midland Exploration Inc. and is the co-founder of the Montreal chapter of Women in Mining.

Marlène Otis is leaving us after 15 years on SIDEX’s board. We thank her warmly for the guidance, vision and advice she brought to SIDEX by sharing her vast experience, in-depth knowledge, objectivity and other exceptional qualities. We were fortunate to have you, Marlène, and we wish you well in your other projects!
